All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or postpone your appointment with at least 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred towards another scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or postpone more than once, a new deposit will be required to secure any further appointment.

Suitability is confirmed by an in-person clinical assessment. We may advise against treatment or recommend an alternative where this is in your best interests.
